ABOUT US

Hamish Grice has been working in the construction and property sector for over 25 years. He started working in project management on building projects including alterations, conversion, refurbishment, new builds and listed buildings.

 

Initially developing skills involving the hands on practicalities of building projects, Hamish went on to hone his skills by becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.

 

He gained extensive experience consulting on a range of different types of project including: surveys; designs; specifications; party wall; dilapidations; insurance reinstatement (flood, fire and storm damage); listed buildings.

 

Hamish has worked as a Building Surveyor for the private , consultancy's National Trust, Holkham Estate and a Manager for Cliveden Conservation one of the UK's leading specialist conservation companies. He has significant experience working with new works and heritage properties.
